We offer a simple return process for any situation. Please see further information below.

Un-Used Items

We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy on all unused items. Simply log in to your account and create a return request to start the process.

If you have purchased the wrong part we will offer you an exchange, you will be required to pay the return postage for the original item.

You have 30 days from your order date to return an unused item.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in the same condition in which they were received.

We do not charge a re-stock fee, but you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs not associated with a warranty claim. We recommend customers pay for insurance on the package as Bond Express Limited is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost packages. That’s why we recommend buying insurance for anything you ship to us.

Faulty Items

We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy on all items. If your item is delivered in a faulty state please make us aware within 30 days so we can process the replacement item.

If your part is faulty we will offer a free, no hassle exchange. We will also cover the cost of the return postage for any faulty items.

You have 30 days from your order date to make us aware that your item is faulty.

If your item is faulty our team will provide you with a return shipping label free of charge.

If you used our supplied postage label and dropped it off at a post office, we will cover you should your parcel get lost in the post. If you used your own service we will not cover the item should it not arrive with us safely.
